In November 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work A Summer'S Day, Crimea by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 273,000.00 (€ 309,895.61), 52% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work View Of The Pechera Monastery, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 513,300.00 (€ 718,752.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 52 % übertroffen
Im November 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Summer'S Day, Crimea von Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 273.000,00 (€ 309.895,61) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit View Of The Pechera Monastery beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 513.300,00 (€ 718.752,80) versteigert wurde.
