It's very Hot!; Mireuksaji Stone Monument; Bukhansan Monument; Namdaemun; Tri-Story Stone Pago by Seong Tae-Jin was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2009. It changed hands for a price of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 5,162.06) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 45,000.00 – 65,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Seong Tae-Jin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Manjeong-ri 637; & Manjeong-ri 637, which sold at auction in May 2010 for HKD 175,000.00 (€ 18,180.53).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 5.162,06) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 45.000,00 – 65.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Seong Tae-Jin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Manjeong-ri 637; & Manjeong-ri 637 beobachtet, die im Mai 2010 für HKD 175.000,00 (€ 18.180,53) versteigert wurde.
