Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Is My Love Coming by Seong Tae-Jin was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. The price achieved of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 17,600.51) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 200,000.00. Other works by Seong Tae-Jin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2010 the work Manjeong-ri 637; & Manjeong-ri 637 was auctioned for HKD 175,000.00 (€ 18,180.53).
