Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 44.475,00 (€ 42.208,41) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 27%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Selden Connor Gile auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Quiet Cove (Belvedere) im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 312.575,00 (€ 279.059,91).
