Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Shoreline, Sligo by Sean McSweeney was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,378.72). Other works by Sean McSweeney have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 6,572.50 (€ 9,861.17) in May 2004 for the work Roskeeragh.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Shoreline, Sligo von Sean McSweeney kam im Oktober 2006 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.600,00 (€ 5.378,72) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Sean McSweeney haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.572,50 (€ 9.861,17) im Mai 2004 für die Arbeit Roskeeragh beobachtet.
