The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,541.00 (€ 7,183.06), 51% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Sarah Jones; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Dining Room I-III sold at auction in October 2001 with the realized price of GBP 7,050.00 (€ 11,393.83).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.541,00 (€ 7.183,06) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Sarah Jones; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit The Dining Room I-III im Oktober 2001 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 7.050,00 (€ 11.393,83).
