Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Sandú Darié was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Online Sale auction at Bonhams in December last year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,159.03) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sandú Darié achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 118,348.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sandú Darié wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Online Sale bei Bonhams versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.912,50 (€ 2.159,03) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sandú Darié erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 118.348,80).
