In July 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master and British Works on Paper Including drawings from the Oppé Collection, which included the work A Collection Of Twenty-Five Views Of Lincoln And Its Environs by Samuel Hieronymus Grimm. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,852.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00.
