Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Samuel Hieronymus Grimm - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Four Views Of Switzerland: Including View Of: The Grimsel Pass With The Handeck Waterfall; The Haslital; The Schollenen Gorge And Devil'S Bridge, And A Bridge With Waterfalls In The Haslital, which sold at auction in July 2010 for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,035.81).
