Auction result well in line with expectations
The work YAFA 77, 2022 by Samia Halaby was auctioned at Bonhams in London in February last year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,402.50 (€ 1,676.78) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 500.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Samia Halaby achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mediterranean #279 in November 2020 with an auction result of GBP 400,000.00 (€ 446,534.98).

Die Arbeit YAFA 77, 2022 von Samia Halaby kam im Februar letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.402,50 (€ 1.676,78) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 1.500,00.
