Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Dance of Death auction, the work Untitled (Skull) (from 'Body Farm') changed hands for USD 2,816.00 (€ 2,581.59) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sally Mann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Candy Cigarette in October 2014 with an auction result of USD 257,000.00 (€ 205,107.74).
