Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Middle Green by Sadamasa Motonaga was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 50,400.00 (€ 51,468.26). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sadamasa Motonaga achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Work in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 10,300,000.00 (€ 1,215,768.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Middle Green von Sadamasa Motonaga kam im April diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 50.400,00 (€ 51.468,26) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sadamasa Motonaga erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Work im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 10.300.000,00 (€ 1.215.768,70).
