Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Cork Association Board K 'And the Room was in a Huge Mess' by Ryan Gander for GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,783.03). This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Ryan Gander have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work I Is... (I) in September 2017 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,199.10).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Cork Association Board K 'And the Room was in a Huge Mess' von Ryan Gander für GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.783,03) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryan Gander auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit I Is... (I) im September 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.199,10).
