Admittedly, works by Ruth Orkin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work American Girl in Florence, Italy in February 2021 with an auction result of USD 52,812.50 (€ 43,671.96).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 4.462,50 (€ 4.433,68) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ruth Orkin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit American Girl in Florence, Italy im Februar 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 52.812,50 (€ 43.671,96).
