Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year Bonhams in London held the auction ExpressionismGermany, Austria and Beyond, which included the work Nutten by Rudolf Schlichter. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 10,240.00 (€ 11,758.36) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudolf Schlichter achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Porträt Helene Weigel. in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 600,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion ExpressionismGermany, Austria and Beyond durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nutten von Rudolf Schlichter zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 10.240,00 (€ 11.758,36) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rudolf Schlichter erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Porträt Helene Weigel. im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 600.000,00.
