Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 1,440.00 (€ 2,119.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Admittedly, works by Rudolf Epp have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The toast in April 2000 with an auction result of GBP 7,285.00 (€ 12,471.63).
