Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (Horses And Child With Crown And Balloon) by Roy Nachum for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,327.42). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roy Nachum - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Reflection, which sold at auction in May 2012 for USD 46,875.00 (€ 37,912.49).

Im Juni 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled (Horses And Child With Crown And Balloon) von Roy Nachum für USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.327,42) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Roy Nachum mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Reflection beobachtet, die im Mai 2012 für USD 46.875,00 (€ 37.912,49) versteigert wurde.
