Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2010 Phillips in New York held the auction NOW: Art of the 21st Century Theme Sale, which included the work Red Series: Untitled (Mad Boy) by Rosângela Rennó. The price achieved of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,478.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rosângela Rennó achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Young Prussian), Untitled (Old Prussian) (from the Red Series (Militantes)) in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 25,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2010 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion NOW: Art of the 21st Century Theme Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Red Series: Untitled (Mad Boy) von Rosângela Rennó zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.478,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rosângela Rennó erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Young Prussian), Untitled (Old Prussian) (from the Red Series (Militantes)) im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 25.000,00.
