Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (bebê) (From the series "Vermelha") by Rosângela Rennó was auctioned at Phillips in New York in May 2016. The price achieved of USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,348.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rosângela Rennó - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Young Prussian), Untitled (Old Prussian) (from the Red Series (Militantes)), which sold at auction in November 2018 for EUR 25,000.00.

Die Arbeit Untitled (bebê) (From the series "Vermelha") von Rosângela Rennó kam im Mai 2016 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.348,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Rosângela Rennó mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (Young Prussian), Untitled (Old Prussian) (from the Red Series (Militantes)) beobachtet, die im November 2018 für EUR 25.000,00 versteigert wurde.
