Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cendrillon by Roland Topor was auctioned at Christies in Paris in July 2005. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,120.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roland Topor - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The angry postman, which sold at auction in February 2008 for EUR 6,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cendrillon von Roland Topor kam im Juli 2005 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.120,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Roland Topor mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The angry postman beobachtet, die im Februar 2008 für EUR 6.250,00 versteigert wurde.
