Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters, which included the work Landscape With Hunters by Roelandt Savery. The price achieved of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 31,957.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roelandt Savery achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Orpheus Charming The Animals in December 2016 with an auction result of GBP 452,750.00 (€ 529,338.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape With Hunters von Roelandt Savery zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 31.957,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roelandt Savery erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Orpheus Charming The Animals im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 452.750,00 (€ 529.338,21).
