This artwork by Rodrigo Moynihan achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in August 2005. In the 20TH CENTURY BRITISH ART auction, the work Derby supporter on her way to the F.A. Cup final, 1946 sold for GBP 384.00 (€ 560.96) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rodrigo Moynihan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Girl in a Bar in November 2000 with an auction result of GBP 6,462.50 (€ 10,562.70).
