Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Country Road with Farmhouse by Robert Emmett Owen was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in August this year. The price achieved of USD 1,280.00 (€ 1,180.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Emmett Owen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Silvermine Mill, Connecticut in March 2007 with an auction result of USD 22,800.00 (€ 17,048.00).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.280,00 (€ 1.180,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden.
