The result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,715.90) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Robert Adam have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Elevation of an organ for Sir Nathaniel Curzon, Bt. in July 2015 with an auction result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 14,176.64).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.715,90) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Adam auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Elevation of an organ for Sir Nathaniel Curzon, Bt. im Juli 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 14.176,64).
