Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Virgin and Child by Michele Tosini was sold in the Old Master and British Drawings and Watercolours Including Works from the Collection of Jean Bonna auction at Christies in London in July 2019. It changed hands for a price of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,351.75) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michele Tosini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of a man, seated, with his dog in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 474,800.00 (€ 556,801.45).

Die Arbeit The Virgin and Child von Michele Tosini wurde im Juli 2019 in der Auktion Old Master and British Drawings and Watercolours Including Works from the Collection of Jean Bonna bei Christies in London versteigert.
