The work Flow-5 by Richard Lin was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. The auction ended at the price of HKD 240,000.00 (€ 29,023.47), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 140,000.00 – 240,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Lin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work January 1967 in September 2018 with an auction result of HKD 7,670,000.00 (€ 844,082.77).

Die Arbeit Flow-5 von Richard Lin kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 240.000,00 (€ 29.023,47) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 140.000,00 – 240.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Lin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit January 1967 im September 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.670.000,00 (€ 844.082,77).
