In the The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures, Part III auction, the work Portrait Of A Boy sold for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,841.12) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Cosway achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Maria Fitzherbert in July 2019 with an auction result of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 89,207.10).

In der Auktion The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures, Part III wurde die Arbeit Portrait Of A Boy für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.841,12) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.800,00.
