Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portal to Another Dimension Mersh. Negative by Ricci Albenda was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in New York in September 2012. The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,667.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ricci Albenda - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work You're Sixteen, You're Beautiful and You're Mine, which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 30,000.00 (€ 41,962.51).
