A top price for Renato Santarossa - as previously expected
The work Rapsodia in blu by Renato Santarossa was sold in the lempertz:projects auction at Lempertz in Brussels in December 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,232.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Rapsodia in blu is the most expensive artwork by Renato Santarossa that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Rapsodia in blu von Renato Santarossa wurde im Dezember 2018 in der Auktion lempertz:projects bei Lempertz in Brüssel versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.232,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Rapsodia in blu das teuerste Kunstwerk von Renato Santarossa, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
