Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bird And Flowers by Ren Xun was sold in the Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors auction at POLY in November last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 2,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 2,400.00 (€ 297.82) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ren Xun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Phoenix in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 740,000.00 (€ 68,338.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bird And Flowers von Ren Xun wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors bei POLY versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 2.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 2.400,00 (€ 297,82) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ren Xun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Phoenix im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 740.000,00 (€ 68.338,71).
