Despite a disappointment, a good price for Ralph Nykvist
When the work "Riva San Biagio, Venedig", 1982 by Ralph Nykvist was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2012, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 9,000.00 (€ 950.66). Despite this disappointing result, "Riva San Biagio, Venedig", 1982 is the most expensive artwork by Ralph Nykvist that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Ralph Nykvist
Als die Arbeit "Riva San Biagio, Venedig", 1982 von Ralph Nykvist im Mai 2012 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 9.000,00 (€ 950,66) den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Riva San Biagio, Venedig", 1982 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ralph Nykvist, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
