Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Virgin River by Raduan Man was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 68,750.00 (€ 8,090.45). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Raduan Man - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Between Two Hearts, which sold at auction in October 2018 for HKD 150,000.00 (€ 16,890.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Virgin River von Raduan Man kam im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 68.750,00 (€ 8.090,45) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Raduan Man mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Between Two Hearts beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für HKD 150.000,00 (€ 16.890,22) versteigert wurde.
