Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Wild Angels by Raduan Man was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2017. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,503.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Raduan Man - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Between Two Hearts, which sold at auction in October 2018 for HKD 150,000.00 (€ 16,890.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Wild Angels von Raduan Man kam im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.503,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Raduan Man mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Between Two Hearts beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für HKD 150.000,00 (€ 16.890,22) versteigert wurde.
