Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 300,000.00 – 500,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 346,000.00 (€ 390,181.26) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Rabindranath Tagore have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2021 the work Untitled (Couple) was auctioned for USD 637,500.00 (€ 550,660.79).
