Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled; Face; Face; Till Death and Damnation by Rabin Mondal was sold in the A Lasting Engagement: The Jane and Kito de Boer Collection Online auction at Christies in New York in September 2020. The price achieved of USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,200.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rabin Mondal achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Man Acting As King in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 35,000.00 (€ 32,585.42).

Die Arbeit Untitled; Face; Face; Till Death and Damnation von Rabin Mondal wurde im September 2020 in der Auktion A Lasting Engagement: The Jane and Kito de Boer Collection Online bei Christies in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.750,00 (€ 3.200,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
