A top price for R. H. Quaytman
In June 2015 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction, which included the work Constructivismes, Chapter 13 by R. H. Quaytman. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 578,500.00 (€ 815,677.74), 16% above the upper estimate. With this result, Constructivismes, Chapter 13 is even the most expensive work of art by R. H. Quaytman that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für R. H. Quaytman
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Constructivismes, Chapter 13 von R. H. Quaytman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 578.500,00 (€ 815.677,74) und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Constructivismes, Chapter 13 sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von R. H. Quaytman, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
