The work Flowers And Fruits by Qian Juntao was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in October 2004. It achieved a price of HKD 65,725.00 (€ 6,620.97), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 64%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Qian Juntao; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Red Lotus sold at auction in April this year with the realized price of HKD 12,000.00 (€ 12,254.35).

Die Arbeit Flowers And Fruits von Qian Juntao kam im Oktober 2004 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 65.725,00 (€ 6.620,97) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 64%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Qian Juntao; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Red Lotus im April diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 12.000,00 (€ 12.254,35).
