Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2017 Christies in New York held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Double Gourds by Qian Juntao. The price achieved of USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,426.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Qian Juntao have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April this year the work Red Lotus was auctioned for HKD 12,000.00 (€ 12,254.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2017 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Double Gourds von Qian Juntao zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.426,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Qian Juntao konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April diesen Jahres die Arbeit Red Lotus für HKD 12.000,00 (€ 12.254,35) versteigert.
