Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2013 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Paintings And Calligraphy, which included the work Character And Landscape Fan by Qian Gu. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 322,000.00 (€ 31,520.20). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qian Gu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in September 2020 with an auction result of USD 500,000.00 (€ 426,693.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2013 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings And Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Character And Landscape Fan von Qian Gu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 300.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 322.000,00 (€ 31.520,20) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qian Gu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 500.000,00 (€ 426.693,98).
