Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Double Sparrows Over The Leechee Branches by Qian Gu was sold in the Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2014. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 51,750.00 (€ 4,813.09). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qian Gu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in September 2020 with an auction result of USD 500,000.00 (€ 426,693.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Double Sparrows Over The Leechee Branches von Qian Gu wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 51.750,00 (€ 4.813,09) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qian Gu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 500.000,00 (€ 426.693,98).
