Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Golflinks I-II by Pyke Koch was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2013. The price achieved of EUR 59,100.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pyke Koch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Florentijnse Tuin (Florentine Garden) in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 555,000.00 (€ 643,246.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Golflinks I-II von Pyke Koch wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 59.100,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pyke Koch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Florentijnse Tuin (Florentine Garden) im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 555.000,00 (€ 643.246,26).
