Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Longevity by Pu Sheng was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in September last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 8,190.00 (€ 1,065.71). Admittedly, works by Pu Sheng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Hidden Place in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,799.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Longevity von Pu Sheng kam im September letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 8.190,00 (€ 1.065,71) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pu Sheng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Hidden Place im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.799,07).
