Despite a disappointment, a good price for Pro Hart
In May 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Australian Burning Myxo Rabbits by Pro Hart for AUD 19,200.00 (€ 11,805.72). This price was achieved in the auction Important Australian Art Including Works from the Qantas Collection at Sothebys in Sydney and was even below the estimate range of AUD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Australian Burning Myxo Rabbits is the most expensive artwork by Pro Hart that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Pro Hart
Im Mai 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Australian Burning Myxo Rabbits von Pro Hart für AUD 19.200,00 (€ 11.805,72) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Australian Art Including Works from the Qantas Collection bei Sothebys in Sydney erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von AUD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist Australian Burning Myxo Rabbits das teuerste Kunstwerk von Pro Hart, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
