In the Important American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Interior Scene sold for USD 52,500.00 (€ 37,718.23) - well above the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Preston Dickinson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life No. 1 in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 665,000.00 (€ 534,651.87).
