Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Borsalino by Pol Mara was sold in the TwentiethCentury Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2008. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 7,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pol Mara - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans titre, which sold at auction in December this year for EUR 20,480.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Borsalino von Pol Mara wurde im Juni 2008 in der Auktion TwentiethCentury Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 7.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Pol Mara mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans titre beobachtet, die im Dezember diesen Jahres für EUR 20.480,00 versteigert wurde.
