Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Signora Con Cappello E Fiori; E Incanto Dei Fiori by Pietro Scoppetta was auctioned at Christies in Rome in June 2005. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 700.00 – 1,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 744.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pietro Scoppetta achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vue du port d'Amalfi in December 2004 with an auction result of EUR 32,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Signora Con Cappello E Fiori; E Incanto Dei Fiori von Pietro Scoppetta kam im Juni 2005 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 700,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 744,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pietro Scoppetta erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vue du port d'Amalfi im Dezember 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 32.900,00.
