However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pieter Jansz. Quast - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Kartenspieler in einer Wachstube. 1636., which sold at auction in March 2018 for CHF 60,500.00 (€ 51,518.30).
