Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Composition by Pierre Lagage was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2002. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 822.50 (€ 1,262.58). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pierre Lagage achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition - 1950 in April 2015 with an auction result of EUR 28,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composition von Pierre Lagage kam im Dezember 2002 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 822,50 (€ 1.262,58) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pierre Lagage erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition - 1950 im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 28.600,00.
