Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paris, Le Pont-Neuf, Circa 1914 by Pierre Dumont was sold in the Modern Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in December 2007. The price achieved of EUR 5,576.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pierre Dumont have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Normandie, Paysage De Bords De Mer in May 2011 with an auction result of EUR 27,801.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paris, Le Pont-Neuf, Circa 1914 von Pierre Dumont wurde im Dezember 2007 in der Auktion Modern Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.576,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pierre Dumont auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Normandie, Paysage De Bords De Mer im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.801,00.
