It achieved a price of USD 181,000.00 (€ 123,229.85), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 51%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pierre-Auguste Renoir achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Berthe Morisot et sa fille, Julie Manet in May last year with an auction result of USD 24,435,000.00 (€ 22,770,478.05).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pierre-Auguste Renoir erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Berthe Morisot et sa fille, Julie Manet im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 24.435.000,00 (€ 22.770.478,05).
